This is the latest we've gotten a song done yet!

I am not happy with this mix, but I just don't have time to get it right. :(

Not that happy with the lyrics either, but I have two other scapegoats for that.

I think musically this is my most favorite one yet vomitHatSteve :like: :like:

All the vocals are really dominant and sitting on top of everything else. given the nature of what you are doing though i don't know how much having a polished mix matters?

I am curious to the response you are getting to this outside of our forum. Culturally speaking the subject is massive currently so i can't help but wonder if it get's any attention else where?

Not particularly. We did a press release, which got no traction. We've been mentioned in a few Kiss podcasts. The videos are getting 100ish views.

Next week's is gonna be acoustic. Hopefully it'll go faster.

Kindly ignore the click bleed at the end. I ain't fixing it.

I started watching Ep 3 but couldn't be bothered with mass war/death/massacre etc. I'm not into those things - overdosed through the LOTR & Hobbit flicks.
New song is pretty cool though.

Oh, well episode 5 is basically all unjustified death and massacre, so you probably won't like that one much.

Really, I'm more upset that your forum still allows the <marquee> tag than your entirely correct take that we should be doing more black metal!

I heard about the uproar over this episode, so without watching any of the others, I watched this new episode.

I don't know what's going on or who is what, but that blonde girl riding the dragon fucked some shit up. That was pretty bad ass. She seemed angry. She betrayed the midget. If the whole show is like that I might need to watch. If she wants to rule the world, she could have just wrecked shit with her dragon in season 1 episode 1 and then you wouldn't need 8 seasons of literal dungeons and dragons.

Anyway, mix sounds okay. Vocals a little loud, but I guess they have to be to tell the story. Was that click track bleed from my drum tracks?

The click bleed is probably from the guitar. We've started using an LDC and probably had the monitor too loud.

From what I gather, this season (let alone episode) isn't very representative of the show.
The dragons weren't born until the end of season 1; then she had to wait for them to grow up. Plus, she had 2 others that died, so I think this one just had some "last ninja" plot super-powers.

Well those giant crossbow things didn't do jack shit. Building all those things seems like a waste of resources. :lollers2:

Is there also an equal quote from G0T to support the "chemtrails are turning the frogs gay" quote?

I say we retrofit "I drink and know things; it's what I do" to fill that role just so we can chortle at bros who think they're clever.
