That's weird - its something that really bugs me 'cos its something that I've always struggled with in my mixes. When I think I hear it, I end up going back to reference mixes to look for it and check.

I can hear some of what James is describing...it seems to be the low bass & kick combining...
here at 1.50

Nothing huge below 100hz but that peak at around 100 is rather tall.

I think 50Hz is a bit low for a kick, anyway. 80Hz would be better.

That's just a bass note. Is it too loud? Maybe a bit but not extraordinarily so.
