That's probably the cheapest you'll ever get a tidy recorded bass tone. Note, the bass will likely need a good clean, some strings and some set up work. Appears to have been around the block more than a few times.

I'd be a bit more careful shopping around for the bass - you don't want to buy a donkey! But that's the bass thing that Ray and I use sometimes - its cheap but it works fairly well.
