That's been my mode of discovery forever. None of the things you can click on in Reaper are the big red button that will end the world via nuclear disaster.
That's been my daughter's advice for forever, "Just click on it, mom, see what happens". I did though have an episode on my first project in Reaper where I clicked on stuff in EZD, the midi mode. . .I was down to the kick drum and every once in a while the snare would pop in . . .not quite sure what I did but it took many an "undo" in the edit area to get things back to normal! Ah, the joys of learning. . .
