I like that he heard "you need a Faraday cage" and interpreted it as "wrap yourself in aluminum.

Did some tests and found it’s 60hz buzz and its harmonics. A Redditor told me that the SM57 has a magnetic coil that condensers do not, and that could be the reason why the buzz happens only with the dynamic. Problem (likely) solved!
