I can't tell from the way you've stitched the pic, is it an L shaped room or a rectangle?
You gonna get some treatment in there? Looks like a hard floor and flat walls - bet its got a hell of an echo

Rectangle. Yeah, panoramic photos tend to do weird stuff.
I've got a couple chucks of pallet and a ton of burlap I'm planning to build into some baffles throughout. It's a high ceiling (something like 14'), and the 4th wall opens into the rest of the house, so the natural sound of the room is suprisingly good.
I'll probably put up curtains across the kitchen tho

So we were gonna wait 6 months or so to buy a new house, but we found one that checked all my partner's boxes. So it's time for me to start my studio layout over

Well dang @vomitHatSteve you just got your place all arranged, painted, and plugged back in! That's good that you found a place that checks all of the boxes though. That's not an easy thing to do in most housing markets lately.

I saw the video where they played all that. It sounded pretty decent when he was playing just a solo. Shitty when he was playing chords.
