Switch on a single pup guitar

Post by JD01 »

Mutt,

Have you ever done anything like this.
Have a single pickup guitar, say a bridge P90.
That's all well and good.
But then have a 3 way selector like a Les Paul Switch on it.

Position 1 - Bypass the volume and tone.
Position 2 - Engage the volume pot.
Position 3 - Engage the tone pot.

Ive done very similar on a lot of archtops.

Push pull for the pots achieves the same thing and you can do away with the swtich.
