I just logged on to listen to this again and had to refresh the page to get the latest posts to work.

Sounds great though Greg.

The song sounds great as usual, Greg. Great bass tone.

The highlight for me on this thread, though was your highly amusing rant about the gigs you've been forced to attend. I laughed my arse off. :D I feel your pain, I really do!

What does wifey think of it?

Forgive me for saying this dude, but i fucking love this. this is right up my alley. of all your lastest offerings this is for sure my favorite. No idea what the original is like and i am not even gonna bother checking it out but I love you got that banjo in there haha!! I got a soft spot for banjos and mandolins. they are fun to record and mix into rock tunes. You did a great job. And your vocal performance was top shelf too. Every song i hear a shitload of improvements.

that ending had me lolling. Good work man.

I got a laundry list of shite covers to do for my wife. :( I guess this will be my motivation. :sherlock: :happytrees: :happytrees:

Thanks a lot guys. I appreciate the listens and feedback.

Bubba - She loves it. She knows that when she asks me to do one of her lameshit folkie songs that I'm gonna pep it up a bit, and she likes it. She knows how it's gonna be before I do.

Shan - The banjo-tar is fun to mess with. You should get one. Mine was like 100 bucks I think. It was hard as shit to play at first, but some truss rod tweaking made it all good.

Been too focused on our "other" discussions...just started to run through some of the songs here.
Wanted to hear how Greg does Folk. :P

Did you change the main link?
I'm getting a "page cannot be found" error...?

Well, it's done now. I've moved on. I'll repost it in a few years as a "new" mix. :robus: :coolstorybro:

Be sure to commercially release it first and then dismiss any and all suggestions.

Bummer on the 404 DB error. I was looking forward to hearing this.
