Gotta admire the dedication!
Where to practice your drumming...
Re: Where to practice your drumming...
wtf did I just watch? lol
Re: Where to practice your drumming...
That groove (or lack thereof) almost gave me a seizure!
Re: Where to practice your drumming...
It sounds like the audio is skipping and buffering. It sure doesn't match the video.
But kudos to him. The kid wants to drum and is doing it the only way he can. I bet none of us have that kind of dedication. Hell, I don't practice my drums at all. Ever. And they're sitting right here next to me.
Guns and Roses original drummer, Steven Adler, did pretty much the same thing. He couldn't practice in his house and the band wasn't a band yet, so he dragged his drums to a local park at night, set em up, and honed his chops in the middle of a park. He became one of the most famous drummers of the 80s.

He needs a gong. Any drummer worth his salt has to bang a gong in Wollongong.

There were a lot of double hits, I'm wondering if the mic was capturing some slapback?
Think ABC is looking for engineering tips?

LOL - I hadn't actually played the video. That was "interesting"...
