I am thinking about one of those cheap-ish Gretsch "Tri-Fives" or Rat-Rods or whatever they call them. Or building a hollowbody kit. My needs for hollow are few but it's something I don't have.

I know you don't like Stew Mac but their kits are pretty good and fairly cheap

I found a "Tri-Five" on the reverbs for a pretty good deal. I made an offer. We'll see what he says. A kit would be cool but I'll probably not make one as good as a cheap Korean Gretsch.
