Honestly, I really like the editing style. I don't want to hear your "umm"s and pauses!

I loathe "uhms", they are the verbal expression of "I'm not prepared."
It's even worse when folk read text and use the thing.
Pausing for thought, on the other hand, allows some space to absorbe info.
Teacher trick: any time a student would say "uhm" in my classroom I, and the class, would say "leg".
It is disruptive and amusing but, eventually, students learnt to THINK before they spoke and that reduced the excuse noise.
