I Know, It's True.

[Mr Clean]

I wrote and recorded this a couple of weeks ago. The wife and I watched this weird 6 Part TV Drama thing, called Alice & Jack, that was pretty rubbish but it was one of those where you're determined to follow it through to the end to try and fathom out what the hell is going on.

Anyway, after the last episode and the next day, I wrote this very simple song in a very short time, around 10 minutes, if that. Took about the same amount of time to record it as I thought I'd keep it simple. Afterwards, I can now kind of see that the Drama inspired the lyrics and it all fit quite well.

As always, thoughts and crits welcomed.

Thanks Bob. I think it was one of those times when everything was just right and it all came together so very easily. It doesn't happen often for me but I was very happy with this one.

If I'm fishing for nits... maybe you could compress the vocals a little more? There are some transients that are jumping out as a little loud.
