Exactly. Makes total sense. Now that it makes sense, it does sound stupid and simple, but I think everyone can see why it was a little weird at first.

And, I think I have one song that might be over 4 minutes. But I always make my click track/drum beat 4 minutes long, knowing my song will probably be shorter than that.......but thanx for asking. :D :D :D

Right. The minutes don't change. A minute is a minute. The beats are divided among the minutes. However that visually spaces out on the timeline doesn't matter because a beat has to land on each minute.
