My New CD....

I wasn't sure where to put this. I figure this is as good a place as any.

My new CD is live on CDBABY. Pretty cool. I'm actually going to do a bit of free promotion with it. Just to see what happens, with no expectations.

I'm not posting this so that any of you will buy it. I don't want any of you doing me that favor, as much as I'd appreciate the thought. I'll gladly send anyone a dowload link to hear it free once I put it up on my own website page. I think I have to wait 24 hours before I have access to free links and shit.

So, anyway, check it out. Let me know what you think of the CD cover, name, etc....

Man, I'll tell you one thing. KUNAKI's prices are good. But for the love of fuck their website is till stuck in 1987. It's clunkier than a 1957 Edsel.

I have no idea. It's a screen shot of a public domain video. I wasn't getting any ideas for the name of the CD. I knew I didn't want it to be the title of one of the songs. So, I was trying to t think of some phrases in some of my lyrics that might make a good CD title. One of my songs has the lyrics "zombie nation", so I thought that would be cool. Then, the more I kept saying it in my head, the more it sounded like "Zombination" instead of "Zombie nation". I thought "Zombination" was a cool word that I might or might not have made up.

So, my first thought for the cover was something like that drawing of a group of un-dead walking and staring at their phones, zombinated. But that was too obvious. So, I thought I'd go another direction and got the idea to look for stock 1950's class room footage. I was going to go with a picture of a class room full of students in the 50's....and then I saw this kid and I had to have him on the cover.

Thanx man. Fuck, another mistake. I should have taken a break when I was doing all this. I kept saying "Ok, just do this one more thing" and before I knew it, I had my CD up everywhere. Kunaki doesn't allow me to edit the info. I'll either just delete and re-upload everything, or leave it that way and see if it helps sales.
