Where do you draw the line between live and studio recording?

Need a helping hand to make sure you do it right, first time? Got some good advice to pass on, so no-one makes the same mistakes you did? This is your forum.

I think live is live, I can understand the odd bum note getting fixed but when you start tracking the whole performance again it's not really live. If you want to use it state what it actually is, for example "Drums tracked live at blah blah gig, The rest of the performance studio. My band actually tracked the latest CD live in the studio except vocals, but this is not a live album?
